I am coming to the end of week #3!! I've been making super efforts to push through and do make up sessions when life steps in and throw me off. I already feel myself getting much stronger. Infact last night was arms and shoulders, I can't remember what the move was, but the 10lb weights aren't so heavy anymore and I almost dinged myself in the face. That would have been beautiful! lol
I am really happy to announce that for the first time I was able to do 20 stacked push ups!!
I haven't done any measurments and probably won't until the end of week 4 or 5. I will keep u guys posted on that.
